Caring for your family, caring for yourself, the ever rotating door of chores, running a business(es) persuing your education, career AND make time for fitness?? Why would anyone want to do that!?
Let me tell you sis!!
Working out even three days a week
improves mood,
improves sleep,
decreases brain fog,
Increases strength
Decreases your risk of developing chronic illness
Gives you a reset
And when we lay that journey at the feet of the Father He will bless it.
We are called to do so much more than doom scroll, binge Netflix and be slaves to the worldly temptation in our free time.
Our days can feel overwhelmed or flooded with tasks. The key to changing that?
A ✨ godly woman routine ✨
Routine is everything! And if you find yourself wishing you would have done more at the end of the day, you may need to switch it up or even create a routine.
This is not easy.
Fitness is not easy
Careers are not always easy
Motherhood/Maried life is not always easy
BUT God never promises that things will be easy on this path.
If it’s too easy, it won’t sustain you.
Let me say that again, if it’s too easy, it’s not sustainable.
And that’s why we have God! That’s why he calls us to lean on His strength (Phil 4:13). He calls us to find rest in Him, not TV, not scrolling, not short term indulgence.
Matthew 11:28 tells us to REST in the Father- because life does not provide rest.
If you are struggling to handle it all, I want to challenge you to find rest in the Father. You could read the word while on the treadmill, listen to a spirit fueling podcast while on a walk, while you lift, while you drive or do the dishes. Audio Bible versions are amazing. You can fuel your spirit to endure all that God has called you to do.
Find your rest in the father, ask Him to help you with a new routine so you can steward all that He has called you to do. I promise He will come through! He has helped me time and time again manage being a mom, wife, entrepreneur, pursue education and build a healthy relationship with fitness but prioritizing my time with Him. And I can’t wait to help you on this journey 🩷
I pray the blood of Jesus over you today sister. I pray He washes you clean with grace, strength and a reset. I pray you receive a creative vision of who HE has called you to be. I pray healing over your health, flouishment over your mind, family and finances. I pray so many blessings over you. Lord, give her the strength it pursue all You have for her today.
All in Jesus name, amen.
Have a strong day! 💪🏻🩷
With love,
Kelsey
